:

• Collaborate and demonstrate effective written and verbal communication with colleagues and clients
• Support the project lead in engagement delivery on delegated client engagement/ projects.
• Produce good quality deliverables and support junior team members.
• Conduct knowledge sharing sessions for cyber security and share experiences.
• Ability to develop and execute strategies, architectures, project plans and roadmaps to provide engagements with value-adding and cost-effective cyber risk solution.

Experience in framing policies, recommending controls, conducting cyber security assessments.

Lead and work on multiple assignments and prioritize tasks, proactively raise concerns/ questions where appropriate for priority or engagement conflict resolution.

• Lead and support engagements pertaining (but not limited to) developing a tailored cybersecurity framework for clients, facilitating workshops with senior executives, identifying industry and client specific risks, recommending mitigation strategies, internal controls, and improvement areas on business processes; across various industry sectors such as Healthcare, Lifesciences, Technology, Insurance and Financial Services, etc.
• Ability to analyze the client\xe2\x80\x99s cyber security infrastructures to develop effective and sustainable technology and cyber risk management strategies by tailoring leading cyber frameworks on business and technology needs.
• Provide advisory services such as control self-assessments, governance model development, security audits, regulatory compliance strategy, key cybersecurity metrics, etc.
• Advise clients on integration of compliance and risk management functions, working with them to tailor business processes to support strategic objectives and risk management goals.
• Perform in-depth risk diagnostics, identification and measurement of strategic, financial, operational, technology and compliance risks.
• Set up processes to conduct and execute third-party risk assessments including inherent risk tiering/ risk profiling/ risk prioritization and risk assessments to determine risk of third parties for clients.
• Assist in business development activities such as proposals, SoWs, webinars to build a steady pipeline of opportunities and wins.
• Apply cybersecurity principles, theories and concepts on engagements, including the development of documentation and artefacts and contribute to the development of intellectual property.
• Understands the amalgamation of business and technology processes and risks and can explain it in business terms to both technical and non-technical audiences.
