Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism Understand customer queries and provide effective solutions Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure compliance with company standards

Eligibility Criteria:



Graduate or Undergraduate Freshers and candidates with a minimum of 6 months of experience encouraged to apply Communication skills in English and Hindi Strong sales aptitude and persuasive communication Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month

Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Required)
Experience:

Customer Handling/ Basic Computer Literacy: 1 year (Preferred) Shift Flexibility/ Verbal Communication: 1 year (Preferred) Record Keeping/ Compliance Awareness: 1 year (Preferred) Problem-solving and conflict resolution: 1 year (Preferred) Time management/ professionalism under pressure: 1 year (Preferred) Sales aptitude/ Product knowledge& objection handling: 1 year (Preferred) Target orientation: 1 year (Preferred) Rapport building: 1 year (Preferred) lead conversion: 1 year (Preferred)
