What you will learn and contribute to

  • Lead, Guide & Mentor teams w.r.t. deployment, Integration & troubleshooting activities related to Packet Core, IMS-VoLTE and Cloud networks.
  • End to End Technical management of Project, Customer Technical Interface for specific project, Work with Project Manager for technical risk assessment in consultation with domain architects, verification of SoW particular to effort analysis.
  • Interfaces with Cross BG project technical teams and key internal/external partners
  • Preparing design guidelines, solution documents, processes & workflows for IMS-VoLTE, Cloud and packet Core Network.
  • Fault Management of the Network, New Feature Implementation, Proof of Concept & other related Trial/Demo.
  • Solving problems in Multi Domain & Multi-Vendor VoLTE, Cloud and PaCo architecture and perform related analysis and troubleshooting activities associated.
  • Coordinate investigations and technical solutions, as required, across multiple internal teams.
  • Meet with customer regarding new solutions or optimization.
  • Establish a "Trusted Advisor" relationship with customers and Nokia Customer Project & Care teams.
  • Lead quality programs of CS&C and represent quality program under non lead BG projects.
  • Timely communication/heads-up to the relevant stakeholders including Solution Architects/Pre-Sales Solution Managers for technical requests and project delivery specific issues/challenges.
  • Initiating and developing processes [Implementation, Automation, Remote work] being a key member of strategic development work in Technical Management
  • Care handover and knowledge transfer, Customer handholding arrangements, identify upsell services opportunity, control on beyond scope delivery from technical perspective.
  • Active Involvement in Customized PoC/Validation/NPI/Pilot & Trials for Market Customers
  • Technical documentation and information required (i.e. TSD/HLD/LLD/Planning SD/Product SW Release Notes & CuDo / Compatibility Matrix) for the project and makes available to the Internal stakeholders and relevant to customer.
Your skills and experience

You have:
  • Experience of 10-12 years in Telecom on Packet core, IMS-VoLTE, Cloud, Core Planning and Implementation for highly complex network.
  • Packet core, Cloud or VoLTE certifications
  • Good understanding of Packet core, VoLTE and Cloud interfaces and protocols
  • Experience in managing customer networks for Nokia product portfolios related to the above-mentioned Networks will be preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills in Data and mobility Networks
  • Strong analytical skills and troubleshooting mgmt., Formulate work arounds as an interim solution, publication of technical documents pertains to alternate solution or work around.

  • Willingness to travel and experience about customer networks.
