Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat Provide accurate product/service information Troubleshoot issues and guide customers through solutions Resolve complaints or escalate complex issues to supervisors Maintain professionalism and build rapport with customers Document interactions and update CRM systems Handle multiple chats simultaneously with efficiency Stay updated on product changes, policies, and promotions

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
