Meeting Targets:

Achieving daily or weekly call targets and contributing to team goals.

Feedback Collection:

Gathering customer feedback to improve products or services.

Complaint Resolution:

Addressing and resolving customer complaints professionally.

CRM Updates:

Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
