? About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our
Customer Support Team
. The role requires handling customer queries, maintaining CRM data, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth coordination between teams.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and messages
Maintain and update CRM data accurately
Prepare daily/weekly reports
Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution
Provide clear and correct information to customers
Assist in improving customer satisfaction and experience
Follow company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Required Skills & Attributes
Good communication skills in
Hindi & English
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM entry, typing)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Good problem-solving and listening skills
Must be available for
immediate joining
