ServeasthefirstpointofcontactforcustomersregardingOdoo-relatedfunctionalortechnicalqueries.?Manage,track,andresolveclientissuesthroughticketingsystemsOdooHelpdesk.?Log,categorize,andprioritizesupportticketsbasedonurgencyandimpact.?TroubleshootandresolvecustomerqueriesrelatedtoOdoomodulessuchasSales,CRM,Accounting,Inventory,Purchase,Manufacturing,andHR.?Performfunctionaltestingandvalidationforreportedbugsorrequestedcustomizationsbeforeescalationordeployment.?Coordinatewithtechnicalandfunctionalteamstoensuretimelyticketresolutionandaccurateupdatestoclients.?Re-testfixes,verifyissueresolutions,andcloseticketsaftercustomerconfirmation.?Documentallissues,troubleshootingsteps,andresolutionsintheinternalknowledgebaseforfuturereference.?Monitortickettrendsandrecurringissues,providingfeedbacktoimproveproductqualityandcustomerexperience.?AssistinUAT(UserAcceptanceTesting)andversiontestingduringOdooupgradesornewdeployments.?Maintainclearcommunicationandfollow-upwithclientstoensuresatisfactionandproperticketclosure.?ProvidefeedbacktotheproductandQAteamsforcontinuousimprovementofmodulesandworkflows.
