What are we looking for:- The candidate should have or had a pet(should be per lover)- The candidate should have excellent Communication in English- The candidate should be willing to work in rotational shifts- The candidate should ne from From E-commerce industry- Preferred also from BPO and KPO- The candidate should have handled phone calls and e mails, chats- The candidate has good interpersonal skills and the ability to handle pressureRoles :- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers- requests.- Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to the designation department for further investigations.
