We are looking for a proactive and confident Customer Support Representative to join our team at Atnest. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic system/computer knowledge, and the ability to prepare and maintain daily reports. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, making outbound calls, and providing support to our operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound and inbound calls to customers, tenants, and leads.
Provide clear information about our services, pricing, and property details.
Maintain call records, lead status, and follow-up details in the system (CRM/Excel).
Prepare and submit daily call reports and follow-up reports.
Coordinate with the operations team for check-ins, issues, and customer support.
Handle customer queries professionally and ensure a positive experience.
Update customer information accurately in the system.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Telugu (as needed).
Basic computer/system knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools).
Ability to prepare daily reports and maintain proper documentation.
Positive attitude, patience, and customer-friendly approach.
Prior tele-calling or customer support experience is an added advantage.
