Responsibilities and Duties:
? Identify valid enquiries of patients calling and fix an appointment with our Clinics in India.
? Obtains customer information by answering telephone calls; probing them and fix the first consultation
? Ensuring correct information is delivered to patients during their first consultation. ? Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that they feel supported and value, Convincing Power
? Understand caller's conditions and empathize helping them with appointments. ? Informs Patients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
? Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing difficult situations, as needed.
