Qualifications: 1 Proven customer support experience or experience as a customer service representative. 2 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English. 3 Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. 4 Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively. 5 Ability to work well in a team environment. 6 High school passed out.
