The Call Center Representative is part of the customer service department and must be able to resolve any problems that are brought to their attention. A successful candidate will regularly interact with both customers and management and will keep a log of all calls along with all relevant information.Responsibilities:

• Resolve customer inquiries.
• Resolve complaints.
• Answer incoming calls.
• Provide customer service to customers.
• Provide information to customers and work with them to resolve issues.
• Manage support requests.
• Understand billing and payment issues.
• Work to ensure the company's policies are followed by customers.
