Customer Support ManagerExperience Required - 4-6yrs
Developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
Monitoring customer service metrics and feedback, such as response time, customer satisfaction ratings, and issue resolution rates, and using this information to improve service delivery.
Handling escalated customer complaints and issues that require higher-level attention.
Collaborating with other departments, such as operations and product development, to ensure that customer needs are being met and issues are being addressed.
Providing coaching and support to customer service representatives, helping them to resolve complex customer issues and improve their performance.
Analyzing customer service trends and identifying areas for improvement, such as product or service offerings, training needs, or process improvements.
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and complaints, and providing regular reports to senior management.
Should be able to manage calls and messages, if any support is required by any of the team members.
Skills required-
Good English and Hindi communication skills.
Should have good hands-on experience working on MS Excel.
