Job Description

We are hiring a Customer Support Manager -(Hindi & English) for a telecommunication company in Madurai -

Responsibilities:-

  • Responsible and Accountable for Customer Satisfaction pertaining to all support activities.
  • Managing the customer support department's day-to-day functions.
  • Responding to escalated customer support issues.
  • Implementing customer support processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Assess service statistics and prepare detailed reports on the overall effectiveness of the customer support functions.
  • Vendor co-ordination and management.
  • Interviewing and hiring new employees.
  • Training for subordinates in customer support functions.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skill in Hindi and English.
  • 2+ years experience in Customer Support process.
  • Graduate from a recognised university.
  • Self Motivated and ability to be productive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and team handling skill.
