About the internship

Internship Tenure: 6 months (work from office)
Internship Stipend: 10K/month
Internship Type: Full-time
Office Location- Kharghar (Navi Mumbai)

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Interact with customers by phone, e-mail, or online chat concerning various care issues
2. Provide hands-on support for customer care initiatives such as automated provisioning, online billing, order tracking, and detailed account management
3. Solicit cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the customer care experience
4. Track and report relevant customer care performance metrics
5. Work on receiving, investigating, and responding to all customer inquiries regarding the products and services
6. Troubleshoot problems and coordinate with various internal departments to resolve problems
7. Capture and apply customer feedback
