We are searching for a seasoned and passionate Head of Customer Support to lead our dynamic and fast-paced customer support team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences that drive satisfaction, loyalty, and brand advocacy.Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction and day-to-day leadership for the customer support department.
  • Manage and resolve escalated customer support inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  • Champion a customer-centric culture by implementing innovative processes and fostering a positive support environment.
  • Develop, implement, and refine customer support policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Analyze customer support data, identify trends, and generate insightful reports to drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage the customer support department budget and ensure efficient resource allocation.
Qualifications
  • 8-10 years of experience in leading and managing customer support teams within a high-growth technology environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing customer-centric strategies to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities with a knack for identifying trends and drawing actionable insights from data.
  • Passion for building and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Experience in managing budgets and optimizing resource allocation.
