Female Candidates Preferred Roles and Responsibility:- Customer Support: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner. - Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution. - Send emails/newsletters Operations: - Prepare, organize, and maintain documents related to operations and projects. - Maintain detailed records, reports, and documentation related to EdTech operations and projects. - Communicate with the Tutors onboarded to ensure a smooth work - Oversee the creation, organization, and delivery of educational content, ensuring it meets quality standards and aligns with curriculum goals. Qualifications: - Bachelor\'s degree in business, operations management, or related field. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Detail-oriented and highly organized. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team. - Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow. - Adaptability and a positive attitude. Compensation: 18K to 20K monthly Job Types: Permanent, Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb918,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb920,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
