Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Handle inbound and outbound patient calls with professionalism and empathy. Address patient queries and provide accurate information on appointments and services. Record all call details and updates in the healthcare system. Coordinate with internal teams for timely follow-ups and issue resolution. Maintain service quality standards and meet performance targets.

Qualifications



Mandatory: Any graduate degree. 1-8 years of experience in an international voice process; healthcare experience preferred. Mandatory: Excellent English communication skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and typing. Willingness to work regular night shifts (9:30 PM to 6:30 AM) from our Trivandrum office (Ellipode). Immediate joiners preferred. Candidates residing in or near Trivandrum will be given priority.
Salary - 20K to 40K

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
