Customer Support Executive
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and prior experience in handling customer interactions professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests efficiently
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Provide product/service information clearly and confidently
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Coordinate with internal teams when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
Good verbal and written communication skills
Confident and customer-oriented personality
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer support or a similar role
Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally
Basic computer knowledge
Immediate joiner preferred
