Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner Provide accurate information about products and services Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions Coordinate with internal teams for issue escalation and resolution Meet service quality and response time standards
