Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Non-Voice Process)

Shift Timings: Night Shift (6 PM - 3 AM)
Additional Requirements:
Must be flexible to work on Indian public holidays
Immediate joiners preferred
No cab facility (candidates must arrange their own commute)

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries through chat and email professionally and efficiently
Provide accurate and prompt responses using company tools and SOPs
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving issues effectively
Maintain and update records of interactions in internal systems
Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer concerns
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
