Job Description


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify customer concerns and provide timely support for their queries.
  • Be proficient in our products and services and communicate effectively to the customer.
  • Responding to queries from customers and giving timely support when requested.
  • Coordinating with multiple teams to ensure the timely response to inquiries.
  • Collecting customer feedback and upselling our services wherever applicable.
  • Ensure all communications are logged timely and correctly.
  • Ensure individual sales targets are met without fail.
Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Flexible to work on rotational shifts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Should be Proficient in Hindi and English, any other language knowledge would be an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: 914,000.00 - 917,000.00 per month Schedule:
  • Rotational shift

  • Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
  • Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
Experience:
