Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients Handle customer queries, feedback, and issue resolution Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and timely follow-ups Maintain customer records and reports

Requirements:



Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred) Good communication and interpersonal skills Experience in customer handling or relationship management Laptop Mandatory Freshers are welcome
