As a Multilingual Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for:
Effectively and promptly addressing customer inquiries through multiple communication channels (phone, email, chat) in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil and English.
Providing accurate information about our products/services and assisting customers with their queries in a professional and friendly manner.
Handling customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Documenting customer interactions, comments, and complaints in our CRM system accurately and comprehensively.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective problem resolution and exceptional customer experiences.
Maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude when dealing with customers, ensuring a delightful customer experience.
Requirements
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, English.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Empathy, patience, and a customer-centric approach.
Freshers are encouraged to apply; prior customer service experience is a plus.
