As a Multilingual Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Effectively and promptly addressing customer inquiries through multiple communication channels (phone, email, chat) in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil and English.
- Providing accurate information about our products/services and assisting customers with their queries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handling customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Documenting customer interactions, comments, and complaints in our CRM system accurately and comprehensively.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective problem resolution and exceptional customer experiences.
- Maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude when dealing with customers, ensuring a delightful customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Empathy, patience, and a customer-centric approach.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply; prior customer service experience is a plus.
- Female candidates are preferred for this role.
