Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Handle client calls and inquiries in a professional manner (both incoming and outgoing). Provide accurate information about the company's software development services and solutions. Understand client requirements, record details, and coordinate with the business development/technical team. Promote services through effective communication and generate qualified leads. Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team and ensure proper follow-up. Maintain call logs, client interaction records, and lead status in the CRM. Resolve queries, address concerns, and ensure a positive client experience. Work towards achieving daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,703.30 - ₹17,771.89 per month
