We are looking for a confident and customer-focused
Customer Support Executive
with at least 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customers professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and concerns effectively
Provide accurate information about products/services
Maintain proper records of customer interactions
Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships
Follow company processes and communication guidelines
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in customer support or a similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High level of
confidence and problem-solving ability
Customer-oriented mindset with a polite and professional attitude
Ability to work independently and in a team
Basic computer knowledge
Preferred Candidate Profile:
