About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals for the role of
Customer Support Executive (CRM)
. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, maintaining CRM records, preparing reports, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and messages professionally
Maintain and update customer data accurately in the CRM system
Prepare daily and weekly customer interaction reports
Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution
Provide accurate information and assistance to customers
Ensure customer satisfaction and positive service experience
Follow company policies, processes, and SOPs
Required Skills & Attributes
Good communication skills in
Hindi & English
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing, CRM entries)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
Good listening and problem-solving skills
Ready for
immediate joining
