Manage online orders received through website, email, WhatsApp.
Handle customer queries and complaints via phone, email, and chat
Coordinate with dispatch and logistics teams for timely delivery of orders
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order status
Assist with processing returns, refunds, and order cancellations
Prepare daily and weekly reports on orders and customer queries
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Work closely with internal teams during peak seasons to manage high order volumes
Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and maintain service quality
Stay updated on products, offers, and company policies
Job Timings - 10am - 8pm (Males)
9am - 6pm (Females)
