Welcome call to the new onboarded customers? Attend customers on chat and email25-35k per month? Help the customers with onboarding, KYC and product listing? Build good relationship with the sellers? Work directly with leadership to drive improvements in Customer Support? Work with operations team and leadership to establish highest level standards and processesDesired skills and experience:Qualification - Graduate? Candidate should be very comfortable with a target driven environment with daily reports and product
listings etc.? 2 + years of experience in customer support? Preferably from ecommerce back ground.? Excellent communication skills? Preferred Language - English & Hindi | English & Kannada |English & Tamil|? Multilingual will have added advantage? Ability to multi-task and work independently and as a teamBasic proficiency in Microsoft Word / Excel / Power pointJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per monthJadwal:
