customer complaints, queries, and resolutions
in a systematic manner.
Generate and manage
courier/shipping labels
for customer orders and returns.
Coordinate and assist during
store visits or customer support at the physical store
when required.
Work closely with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely updates and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
1-3 years
of experience in customer service or a related role (e-commerce experience preferred).
Excellent communication skills in English and [regional language, if applicable].
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with
Excel, email, and CRM tools
.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Customer-first attitude with attention to detail.
