Responsibilities:



Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives Find opportunities to improve customer retention. Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way Frequently attend internal training programs to improve knowledge and performance level Meet individual qualitative and quantitative targets

Requirements and skills:



Previous experience in a customer support role (If applicable) Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively Basic Computer skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Fixed Salary (CTC): ₹14,500 - ?15,500 per month
Performance Incentives: ₹2,500 - ?3,500 per month
Total Monthly Earnings Potential: Up to ₹19,000

Work Schedule:


Day Shift: 07:45 AM - 03:45 PM
Evening Shift: 03:45 PM - 11:45 PM
Night Shift: 11:45 PM - 07:45 AM
