Escalate Complex Issues

- Forward unresolved or critical cases to higher-level support or relevant departments.

Meet Service Targets

- Adhere to response time, resolution time, and quality standards.

Customer Follow-ups

- Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on pending or escalated cases.

Feedback Collection

- Gather and share customer insights to help improve products and services.

Adhere to Policies

- Follow company guidelines, scripts, and compliance requirements.

Maintain Professionalism

- Deliver excellent service while being polite, empathetic, and patient.
