Resolving customer issues: Troubleshooting problems, finding solutions, and taking appropriate action to resolve customer issues effectively. Maintaining customer satisfaction: Ensuring customers are satisfied with their interactions and that their needs are met, contributing to a positive customer experience. Documenting customer interactions: Keeping accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, resolutions, and follow-up actions. Escalating complex issues: Identifying and escalating complex or sensitive issues to appropriate personnel for further resolution.
