- Routinely interact & engage with major RWAs in the vicinity of the clinic for understanding their healthcare needs.- Coordinate and conduct regular camps and other engagement activities at societies.- Be a champion for the subscription program and drive enrolment by driving community awareness and query resolution.- Create awareness for services such as sample collection, medicine ordering, health check-ups, and other value-added services rolled out through the clinics.- Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities.- Research and analyse sales options.- Build and maintain relationships with customers and prospects.- Collect and analyse information and prepare data and sales reports.- Build and maintain professional networks.- Meet with potential customers to determine their needs.- Act proactively in the quality improvement program. - Perform other duties as assigned by relevant authorities.
