Every day, Compliance teams around the world use Leucine\'s applications, platform & analytics to effortlessly ensure that the drugs they manufacture are safe & efficacious.

To scale the business, we are now looking to onboard Customer Success Associates who are passionate about using technology to solve difficult problems and help us scale customer operations.

Job Role:- * Manage accounts of major pharmaceutical organizations across the globe and continuously deliver value to the organization, establishing a trusted relationship with each client.

• Actively foster and manage the success of a portfolio of clients assigned to you.
• Conduct client business reviews to track the health of your accounts, while listening to customer feedback and proactively discovering areas of improvement.
• Improve client engagement and product adoption.
• Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts.
• Ensure our solutions\' timely and successful delivery according to customer needs and objectives.
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.

Requirements * An above-average level of communication and writing skills.

• Must have 1 plus year of work experience in client servicing/client-facing roles, ideally in account management or project management.
• Familiar with account management responsibilities such as retention of clients, upselling, and cross-selling across your client pool.
• Experience in the SaaS industry is a must.
• Must be proficient working with project management tools.
