Numerator is seeking a Customer Success Operations Specialist to collaborate with our Customer Success Managers and Directors that focus on our clients part of the Strategic Accounts Team. The goal is to ensure our team achieves success with Numerator\'s Promotions Intel and Insights platforms, and clients maximize their return on investment - leading to strong renewal rates and growth across our portfolio of products. The Customer Success Operations Specialist will partner with Strategic Accounts Customer Success members in supporting scalable initiatives including monthly client usage reporting, new user outreach emails, license management, lapsed or inactive user monitoring, newsletter templating among other items that drive efficiency for the business. All individuals within customer success execute with excellence, and take ownership of their assigned territory and have a keen eye towards understanding and identifying impact. Responsibilities Support monthly client usage reporting across CPG Strategic Accounts helping to quantify platform engagement of our client users and the growth and impact they have on the business Assist in automating the process for new user outreach and onboarding, to ensure the first step in users\' journey is successful and helps in ultimately developing greater numbers of power users Monitor, track and help manage automated communications with lapsed or inactive license holders across our clients Create monthly template and delivery process for client directed newsletter that can be adapted by account teams CPG and/or Retail industry knowledge helpful An ability to interpret data in order to uncover issues and understand potential solutions, as well as a collaborative spirit to problem-solve Skilled utilizing Excel, Google Suite, or other BI tools to build out scaled analytic reporting Detail oriented Ability to think outside the box, developing creative solutions and ways to engage with users in new ways to drive adoption of our solutions Interest or desire to gain experience and exposure to the Customer Success field with a focus on driving impact and value for customers Excellent oral and written communication skills If this sounds like something you would like to be part of, we\'d love for you to apply!
