Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our printing and branding organization that deals with tier-1 companies and clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding the brief from clients, keeping a check on order status in the production phase, performing quality checks, dispatching orders, and ensuring customer success. Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, answering inquiries, and resolving any issues that arise during the order process
• Work with clients to understand their needs and develop customized solutions that meet their specific requirements
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of orders, monitoring order status, and performing quality checks to ensure that all orders meet or exceed client expectations
• Manage the order fulfillment process from start to finish, including order entry, scheduling, production, shipping, and invoicing
• Ensure customer satisfaction by proactively following up with clients and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services
• Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer experience

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in customer service or account management, preferably in the printing or branding industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals
• A passion for customer service and the drive to deliver exceptional results
