Role Description Kooe Consultancy is looking for a full-time Customer Success Manager (Night Shift) to join our team in Jaipur. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing and building long-term relationships with our clients. You will be responsible for providing support to clients and improving their experience. In addition, you will be responsible for managing various accounts and ensuring smooth resolution of day-to-day issues. Qualifications Prior experience in customer service or account management. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and other Office applications. Experience in IT staffing or recruitment would be an added advantage. A Bachelor\'s degree in business, management, or a related field is preferred.
