What you will create and do? We are looking for high-energy customer success executives/manager who can be customer champions and continuously improve the experience of SMS-Magic customers. They will be responsible for managing customer happiness thereby ensuring maximum adoption and scale up for SMS Magic solutions. What will qualify you for this role? Education : Mandatory: Graduate (Preferably in Business Administration, Marketing or related field) Experience Range : Relevant : 3-4 yrs. Overall Experience: 4-6 years. Shift Timings: 6PM to 3AM Essential:

Key Responsibilities:-
  • Drive better customer experiences through regular client interactions
  • Complete ownership of Revenue Management and Account Management for a portfolio of assigned clients
  • Account Mapping and growth strategy for clients to maximize adoption
  • Manage churn and maintain > 95% retention rate
  • Providing support for clients by learning about their needs, pain points, user journeys, cross functional requirements and meeting their requirements
  • Track and resolve key client issues in a proactive manner
  • Provide input to product marketing for key client requirements currently not in our product roadmap
  • Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with customers and internal departments to create a better customer experience.
  • Be a trusted customer advocate
  • Compiling and analyzing data to find trends.
  • Staying current on company offerings and industry trends.
  • Handling complaints and negotiations.
