Job Description
About the Role:
We are looking for a professional with high ownership to work with our SME accounts in helping them get accustomed to Loop\'s products, and our operational guidelines, and assisting them with their requirements throughout their journey at Loop. \
What you will be doing:
- Onboard new clients by having an introduction call with them where we walk them through our offerings for the year, and what their experience would look like through the year
- Helping the clients resolve any urgent matters/grievances by working cross-functionally, and ensuring that the client receives the resolution in a prompt manner
- Work with the Customer Success leadership team on new renewal products that reduce our cost to servicing while adding delight to the customer experience
- Engaging with the client on high-level queries and managing expectations of resolution accordingly
- Run special projects to drive up operational efficiency
- Work with the Customer Success Associate for SME clients in ensuring optimal resolution is met
- 3+ years of experience in a B2B SAAS role
- Strong verbal and written proficiency
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
- Prior experience using a ticketing tool would be a plus
