Job Overview: - Our company is searching for a customer success specialist who will roll up their sleeves and lead from the trenches. As a key member of the leadership team, the specialist will help craft our customer-success strategies, building strong relationships with customers and collaborating with cross-functional leaders internally to deliver consistently excellent customer experiences. Responsibilities: - Working Night shifts from 9 pm to 6 am Monday to Saturday. Managing inbound and outbound calls. Provide a \'wow\' experience for our customers by going the extra mile - inquiries are via email/chat, or via phone call. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints. Attending Board Meetings which may be held during Business hours or non-Business hours. Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions. Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
