Our proprietarey loyalty, analytics and engagement tool is used by many well-known Retailers and FMCG manufacturers. We work with brands, across industries like Jewellery, Apparels, F&B, QSR, Healthcare, and Online Retail. We are expanding in the Middle East, South East Asia & African markets.

The Role:

Customer Success Associate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide new customers through the onboarding process, understanding their requirements, and helping them set up and configure our products/services to meet their specific needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationship with customers, serving as their primary point of contact. Regularly engage with customers to understand their business objectives, challenges and opportunities.
  • Proactively monitor customer accounts, identifying potential issues and offering solutions . Address customer inquiries, concerns and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide guidance to customers on how to effectively use our products/services to achieve their desired outcomes.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing and product teams to communicate customer feedback, advocate for customer needs and contribute to the overall improvement of our products/services.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross selling based on the customer\'s needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, interactions, and progress in CRM systems or other relevant tools.
