Location: Mohali/Chandigarh Salary: 15,000.00 - 32,000.00 per month Customer Success Associate Responsibilities -Being the first point of contact for customers and handle all customer inquiries -Building relationships with customers and ensuring they are satisfied with the company\'s products and services -Assisting customers with any issues or problems they have -Providing customer support via phone, email, and live chat -Answering customer questions and providing information about the company\'s products and services -Recording customer feedback and suggestions Skills Excellent communication skills Organization skills and ability to work independently Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer inquiries at once Patience and ability to stay calm under pressure Requirements Comfortable with rotational shifts Immediate Joiners only Work from Office only (Location Mohali) Perks and benefits Good Salary Performance Incentives 5 days working EPF & ESI
