We are hiring a Customer Success Associate to join our team at Toolify Private Limited. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and success of our valued customers. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The role is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge of BPO and inbound processes
  • Experience in a voice process, preferably in an international BPO
  • Familiarity with business-to-business (B2B) marketing strategy is a plus
  • Proficiency in US/UK calling is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and success
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, handling their questions, concerns, and requests
  • Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and policies
  • Proactively identify and address customer issues, working with the relevant teams to find effective solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met
  • Track and report customer feedback and trends to improve the overall customer experience
  • Assist in developing and implementing customer success strategies and initiatives
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers, ensuring their understanding and proficiency
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer success
  • Meet or exceed customer success metrics and goals
