Job Overview

We are looking for a Customer Success Associate to join our team at Toolify Private Limited. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients\' satisfaction and success with our services. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, and it is a full-time position.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in customer success or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Experience in BPO or inbound process
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Familiarity with voice process and international BPO operations
  • Understanding of business-to-business (B2B) marketing strategies
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer success tools
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Ensure the success and satisfaction of our clients by providing excellent customer service and support
  • Manage client relationships and serve as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries and concerns
  • Proactively identify and address client needs, offering proactive solutions and recommendations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues
  • Track and analyze customer data and metrics to identify trends and patterns, and use this information to improve customer success strategies
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success management
  • Provide training and onboarding support to new clients
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports to management on customer success metrics and KPIs
