Coordinating with the production, dispatch & delivery team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders. Providing status updates regarding booked orders to customers and ensuring 100% client satisfaction Understanding the business thoroughly after training and gaining in dept knowledge about all our products and its applications. Building and maintaining relationships with key customers. Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently. Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
