Customer service agentLocation : AhmedabadOpen for 24-7shift- Minimum 1year experience in Customer support preferably in Airlines industryExperience in reservation and ticketing will be an add onExcellent command on English communicationMinimum 12th passJob responsibilities :- Respond to customer queries over telephone, chats and mails- Maintain and generate reports as required- Sell, up sell and cross sell airline products and services to customers- Provide personalized customer service with highest quality- Make new reservations and changes to existing reservations as required- Make outbound calls to customers to provide information as and when required- Process refunds- Issuance and re issuance of tickets (ref:updazz.com)
