Job Description
International Voice Process - Should communicate well with customers.- Should have the ability to handle multiple calls simultaneously.- Should be able to answer calls from different types of customers.- Should be able to handle difficult customers effectively.- Should be able to provide the most accurate information to the customer.- Should have a good command of English and other local languages.We are looking for :- US based collection process,Shift Time : 5:30 PM to 10 AM (night shift)Week Off : 5 days working 2 days week off (Rotational)- 6th day can be mandatory working as per business requirement paid separately for itEducation : HSC minimumExperience : Fresher and Experience (BPO and non BPO) both can applySalary : Fresher - 252000 CTC LPA (18+2+1), BPO sales, retention, collection experience salary upto 4LPA.
