Handle customer interactions via voice (inbound/outbound calls).
Resolve issues and respond to customer inquiries within defined service levels.
Follow process workflows, SOPs, and quality standards to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams or supervisors when necessary.
Maintain updated knowledge of client products, services, and procedures.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
Collaborate with team members and participate in regular feedback sessions and training.
Requirement: Excellent Communication
Fresher and Experience both can apply (Experience in International Voice Process preferred)
