Job Description
*Must be able to communicate with customers effectively. *Must be thorough with the chat processes and emails. *Must be flexible with working shifts. * Must be a multi-tasker. *Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. *Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. *Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions. *Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Requirements : * High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent. * Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset. * Comfortable using computers. * Experience working with customer support. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 910,355.55 - 933,700.70 per month Schedule:

- Evening shift
